Nick Mair – Managing Director

Nick has 8 years consulting experience within the insurance market having worked for Managing Agents, large general insurers, reinsurers and a key solution provider.

This has enabled Nick to develop a strong understanding of the main issues facing the market and he brings a fresh and positive approach to consulting, together with a reputation for building strong working relationships.

Nick has built up a solid network of contacts within the market and has a record of successfully delivering a number of key projects and enhancement programmes.

Andrew Williams – Director

Andy is an experienced consultant with a wealth of practical knowledge gained from working across a number of different sectors. Andy has been working with clients in the Insurance Market as a consultant for the last 7 years and has reputation for working in close partnership with clients bringing what is often described as a 'refreshingly different' approach to their issues.

Andy specialises in 'alignment' in order to help individuals and teams improve the pace and quality of their business execution. He is particularly passionate about ensuring strategy and behavioural alignment throughout organisations and helping to create a sustainable 'High Performance' culture.

Andy regularly facilitates senior meetings, workshops and conferences within the Market and leads on designing and rolling out highly effective training initiatives.
